Jewellery is treated as a personal item. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, except where required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or a short video. The piece must be unworn at the time the issue is reported.

Once received, the information is reviewed and next steps are provided.
